Lewis Little Folks is the on-site child development center located at NASA Glenn Research Center in Cleveland. We service children of NASA employees, accepting children as young as 6 weeks old through Pre-K. We also offer a summer camp program for school-age children. Lewis Little Folks provides high-quality care, and we are now a 5-Star rated Step Up to Quality center!
We are currently looking to immediately hire for the following positions:
Full-time for Infant/Toddler Assistant Teacher
Responsibilities include providing direct daily care and fun, hands-on learning opportunities in our younger classrooms. There is opportunity for growth to become a Lead Teacher.
Qualifications include:
Genuine caring, nurturing, and positive attitude
Able to work cooperatively with a Lead Teacher in the same age level
At least 18 years old and a high school graduate (early childhood classroom experience and CDA or Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education preferred)
A U.S. citizen able to pass a background check and complete a medical physical
Reliable transportation
