Registration for the Big Game Now Open!
Registration is now full.
LLF has had to cut a lot of non-essential items for the kids out of the budget due to the pandemic, and this fundraiser will help to bring some of those things back. Thank you for your support!
Description/Rules:
Cost: $10/square (Payment options: PayPal/Credit Card or Check)
This fundraiser is open to anyone so please share with family and friends!
The game board is posted below. The board will be updated with participant names as squares are reserved. Square locations are randomly assigned via a random number generator for the game board.
The score row and column numbers will be assigned after all squares have been registered. A Google Meet virtual meeting will be hosted before the game (TBA) to draw the numbers live. A link to the Google Meet will be emailed for those registrants that are interested in viewing. The score numbers [column (0-9) and row (0-9)] will be posted to the game board at the conclusion of the live drawing event.
Winners will be announced on the website (Leaderboard tab) and by email following the game. Winners will be contacted by email to determine method for payment of winnings.

1st Quarter: $150
2nd Quarter: $150
3rd Quarter: $150

Big Game Football Squares - Registration open!
Signing up to purchase squares is a two-step process:
Step 1: Sign up using the Google form below. After you submit the form you will see your square assignment automatically populate the game grid (you will need to refresh the webpage). You may submit a single Google form (below) for up to 5 squares under a single "Display Name" for the board.
Step 2: Please submit payment ($10/square) to Lewis Little Folks as soon as possible and no later than 5pm on Friday Feb 5th. Use one of the following methods to submit your payment:

*Be sure to write "Football Squares" in the Check Memo if paying by check. Checks can be...dropped off at Lewis Little Folks between 8am-10am Mon-Fri (place in the yellow envelope hanging on the main doors; must have access to LLF enter the Center)
